Dispatch and Delivery

Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch, however, we do aim to dispatch within 4 working days. Delivery will be dependant on the option selected at checkout.Please note that ACC cannot be held responsible for any delays in postage once we have dispatched your order. Any damaged products can be returned and will be exchanged for the same product (please see returns policy for further information).


Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we have to allow a return option for a refund for faulty products only. Any damaged goods are eligible for a product exchange. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us to arrange this on . The subject of your email should have the word 'Return' or ‘Exchange’ and  your order number in the subject bar in order for us to deal with your enquiry correctly.

Please state clearly what the issue is with the product alongside a picture of proof of purchase, if emailing with regards to a damaged product for an exchange please include a picture of the damaged product. If approved we will then arrange postage back to the ACC Office.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed back onto your card.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Once your original product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. The new exchanged product will be dispatched within the standard 7 working days (we aim to dispatch within 4 working days). We will send you a dispatch email which will include the postage option used.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
